Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive end-to-end support for riders and drivers, including onboarding, issue resolution, and escalation management
across voice, chat, and digital channels. - Identify and understand the needs of riders and drivers to offer effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer service processes and improve the overall customer experience.
- Document interactions and feedback from riders/drivers to inform service delivery improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably, experience as a content creator, customer service specialist, or in a similar role.
- A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Availability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays (24/7 Rotational)
- Fluency in English (B1 level and above) and one of the following languages (Native): Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Dutch, with
excellent writing skills.
