We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist (Mandarin speaker) to join our team in Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and support.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support and assistance to clients in Mandarin and English.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new customers to ensure they fully understand the product features and benefits.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the product team for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and enhance their experience.
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
