Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. AR Analytics

  • Obtain and review the customer credit list from Finance; monitor credit risk and identify potential high-risk accounts
  • Prepare and analyse monthly AR aging reports, highlighting key movements and risk exposures
  • Monitor daily AR performance, including overdue changes, collections trend, unapplied cash, and critical exceptions
  • Track and report DSO, overdue %, collections trend, and other key AR KPIs to management
  • Identify abnormal variances and provide actionable insights to improve AR health

2. Dispute Management

  • Track dispute closure timelines, escalate delays, and ensure proper root-cause documentation
  • Support continuous improvement to reduce recurring dispute cases

3. Process Improvement & Audit Support

  • Drive process enhancement initiatives through data analysis and system optimisation
  • Ensure AR processes adhere to internal control, credit policies, and audit requirements
  • Assist the Billing Center Manager in preparing risk reports, audit schedules, and documentation

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analysis or related fields
  • 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, AR Analysis, or Finance Operations
  • Experience in AR reporting, KPI tracking, dispute management, or cash flow analysis is an advantage
  • Familiar with aging report, DSO formula, and AR KPI calculations
  • Candidates from Data Center environments or large corporates preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial trends and identify risks
  • Proficient in Excel, with advantage in data tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP etc.)
  • Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Good communication skills to work with Sales, Ops, Project, Billing, and external customers
  • Ability to handle disputes professionally and provide clear explanations
  • Strong sense of ownership and able to work independently with minimal supervision
