Backed by deep financial services expertise and grant-aligned offerings , we are scaling our commercial team to serve the HK/SG mass market and broader SEA region.

The Role

We are looking for a trilingual sales professional (Cantonese/English/Mandarin) with 2–5 years of B2B tech sales experience to drive end-to-end sales for our AI development and AI Enablement services. You will own the full sales cycle: lead generation → discovery → proposal → close, targeting enterprise and mid-market clients in Hong Kong and Singapore, with expansion into broader SEA markets.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively identify and qualify enterprise prospects in HK/SG/SEA via LinkedIn, events, and partner referrals
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs around AI adoption, development speed, and cost optimization
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Serve as primary contact for prospects and early-stage clients
  • Deliver bilingual/trilingual presentations positioning our AI SDLC + nearshore model
  • Nurture relationships to drive upsell/cross-sell across our service tiers
  • Draft customized proposals including scope, timeline, pricing, and grant eligibility
  • Negotiate commercial terms while protecting margin and strategic positioning
  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets
  • Strong ability to leverage AI tools for sales and marketing process

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years B2B sales experience in tech services such as software development, IT outsourcing, cloud/AI solutions, or digital transformation
  • Proven track record selling to enterprise clients (50+ staff)
  • Fluent trilingual: Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (spoken & written) – able to switch seamlessly based on client preference
  • Deep understanding of AI concepts: able to explain AI SDLC, generative AI use cases, RAG, agentic systems, and AI governance to non-technical buyers
  • Familiarity with Hong Kong and Singapore business culture and procurement processes
  • Consultative selling approach with experience managing complex sales cycles (4–12 weeks)
  • Self-starter able to work independently in a remote, cross-timezone environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling grant-subsidized solutions
  • Existing network of enterprise decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Digital) in HK/SG/SEA
  • Background in financial services, e-commerce, retail, or logistics
