Customer Success Consultant quantity surveyor

Customer Success Consultant position at a software company, involving industry

1. Support the branch development including but not limited to market technical research, basic data collection etc.;

2. Responsible for the technical capability

3. Support the product demo meetings including but not limited to technical demand exploration, product demo, Q&A etc.

4. Product trainings to Cubicost users; monitor the product usage of key clients and improve the satisfaction through all kinds of ways;

5. Project guidance for key clients upon business demand;

6. Prepare technical materials for demo, training purposes;

7. Public technical speech upon demand;

8. Team collaboration on marketing events.

Job Requirements:

1.Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey or equivalent

2.At least 1 year working experience in the related field

3.Required Skill(s): BIM expertise, digital construction, Cubicost

Preferably Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

4.We expect candidates to be fluent in English and able to communicate in both Chinese and English.
