Customer Success Executive (Accounting / SaaS Software)

We're looking for the right candidate to help take our customers satisfaction to the next level, we want you to be part of the success story in building the best accounting software in Southeast Asia!

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to our customers through live chat and email, occasionally with outbound calls.
• Obtain strong product knowledge in order to resolve customer's queries effectively.
• Go the extra miles to understand customers pain points and try to resolve in a timely manner.
• Maintain good relationships with our customers and ensure their business success by using our products.
• Manage and escalate bug reports and feature requests to the product team.
• Work closely with the product and development team in resolving customer's technical issues.

Requirements

• Basic accounting knowledge required (Diploma / degree or professional certificates in accounting or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting or customer servicing role. (Fresh graduates with great potential are welcomed)
• Junior to mid-level positions available.
• Attentive and empathetic to customers challenges and pain points.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English language with another added language, either Chinese language or Malay language.
• Tech savvy & high attention to detail.
• Possess excellent self-motivation and self-discipline.
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
