As a Client Success Executive, you will support Regional Client Services Managers in delivering exceptional service to SG Support's charity partners. You will help shape fundraising strategies, interpret data and trends, and gain exposure to a unique global industry. You'll work with multicultural teams and contribute to the ongoing evolution of SG Support and drive meaningful change across the fundraising industry.

Your Responsibilities:

Client Satisfaction and Coordination

  • Be the trusted support for our Regional Client Services Managers, ensuring our charity partners receive exceptional service and timely responses to their needs.
  • Act as a reliable backup during Regional Client Services Managers leave or travel to ensure seamless servicing via emails, Zoom, Teams, phone calls, and messaging.
  • Escalate complex issues to the Regional Client Services Managers, when necessary, while managing client expectations.
  • Assist Regional Client Services Managers in the onboarding of new charity partners, ensuring smooth integration into SG Support's systems and processes.
  • Occasionally travel domestically or internationally with Regional Client Services Managers to support performance review, as needed.

Data Interpretation and Presentation

  • Leverage PowerBI dashboards and static reports to interpret fundraising metrics and trends, providing preliminary insights to help Regional Client Services Managers make informed recommendations to charity partners.
  • Prepare clear and high-quality presentations tailored to both Regional Client Services Managers and charity partners.

Project Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Ensure timely execution of tasks assigned by the Regional Client Services Managers, including coordinating internal projects, addressing client requests, and resolving issues.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across various departments with guidance and mentorship from Regional Client Services Managers and the Head of Client Services.

Compliance

  • Develop a strong understanding of the legal and financial frameworks, including data protection regulations such as GDPR, PDPA, PCI, and other compliance requirements relevant to our company and charity partners.
  • Ensure that charity partners are receiving services in accordance with the terms outlined in their contracts with SG Support.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • At least 2 years experience in account management, project management, customer success, public relations, consulting, finance or similar client-facing roles. We encourage candidates with diverse backgrounds to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Basic data literacy, trend analysis and critical thinking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Effective time management and organization.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Experience in the charity or fundraising industry is a plus but is not required.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
