The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture customer relationships to drive business growth and loyalty.
- Retention and Renewal: Minimize churn and maximize customer renewals by analyzing customer health metrics and addressing potential issues.
- Customer Engagement: Improve customer engagement and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Customer Management: Understand customer needs and map them to our solutions, working closely with the product development team.
- Operational Efficiency: Leverage of Sales Performance Standard (SPS), SFDC and dashboard for performance monitoring, management, and process improvement.
- Performance Metrics: Key performance indicators like churn, renewal rate, revenue uplift, ARPU, and CSAT.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Customer Success role, ideally within the FinTech and IT Services industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
