Job Description

Mandatory Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
3–5 years of project/programme management experience, ideally in shared services, transformation, or migration projects
Proven track record of delivering end-to-end projects
Strong project management and delivery capabilities
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong risk management and problem-solving ability
Highly organized with strong planning and execution skills
Analytical mindset with ability to use data for decision-making
Comfortable working in fast-paced, matrixed environments
