Our client is an innovative AI platform for businesses to buy and sell (B2B SaaS), using cutting-edge technologies for easy, transparent and efficient sourcing process. Due to steady growth in Malaysia, they are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM).

The Role

The Customer Success Manager plays a vital role in fostering strong customer relationships and supporting the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences. Success in this role requires outstanding communication skills, spoken fluency in Mandarin and expertise in market analysis to identify and secure new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in written and oral communication.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong internet research abilities.
  • Client-focused experience, particularly with major clients, is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in procurement or electronic trading platforms is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire tendering process, including reviewing tender documents and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify tendering opportunities and assess competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand client requirements and customise tender responses accordingly.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to enhance tender success rates.
  • Ensure full compliance with tender requirements and regulations, managing documentation and submission deadlines meticulously.
  • Track and evaluate tender outcomes, implementing strategies to improve future bidding success.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on tender activities, performance metrics and market trends to support informed decision-making.
