Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for successful delivery of our software solutions to clients.
  • Conduct end user trainings and presentations.
  • Provide support on technical issues and clarifications.
  • Discuss, negotiate and address customer concerns.
  • Responsible for customer success and satisfaction via constant communication and meetings.
  • Travel to client sites when required (locally and overseas).
  • Track, follow-up and report delivery milestones and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, computer science, business, management or a related field or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience on client services or delivery. Other skilled individuals may apply.
  • Excellent command in English is required.
  • Excellent client management and coordinating skills.
  • High computer literacy is required to be able to understand and support our software applications.
