Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with all customers from onboarding to renewal
  • Ensure customers are actively using the product and meeting their commitments
  • Track customer health and flag risks early to management
  • Coordinate onboarding, including timelines and required deliverables
  • Follow up with customers on delays (e.g., missing data or uploads)
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to build strong customer relationships
  • Collect customer feedback and share clear insights with the engineering team
  • Use AI tools to draft emails, summarize meetings, and analyze account activity
  • Continuously improve onboarding processes, SOPs, and documentation

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, or similar)
  • Experience managing B2B customers and handling end-to-end ownership
  • Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English
  • Comfortable handling difficult conversations and holding customers accountable
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments (startup or SaaS preferred)
  • Actively using AI tools in daily work (e.g., for writing, analysis, or automation)
  • Willing to travel regularly for customer visits within Klang Valley
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of tasks and outcomes
