Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager in Malaysia, you will play a pivotal role in leading successful campaign execution, nurturing long-term client relationships, and driving cross-functional collaboration. This role demands a strong balance of project management, strategic thinking, and people leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Performance Optimization
- Lead the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with client expectations.
- Continuously track and analyze campaign KPIs to ensure performance meets or exceeds benchmarks.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes for improved campaign quality and operational efficiency.
Client Success & Retention
- Serve as the trusted advisor to clients, delivering strategic insights and consistent value throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Drive client satisfaction and long-term retention by proactively managing expectations and resolving challenges.
- Champion a client-first mindset, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through post-campaign review.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor and empower junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration and growth.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Growth Marketing, and Product to ensure alignment on campaign strategy and client goals.
Strategic Stakeholder Management
- Act as the key escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Contribute to internal feedback loops to enhance platform capabilities and client experience based on market insights.
Who You Are
- 4+ years of experience in client-facing roles, ideally within digital marketing, media, or influencer marketing.
- Proven track record of managing multiple client campaigns with high attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and coach a growing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about the creator economy, tech, and innovative marketing solutions.
