Job Description

Job responsibilities included:

  • Lead, drive and manage engagement for repeatable achievement of revenue and consumption targets.

  • Leverage best practice to guide customer strategy and future growth bu cultivating customer affinity with Microsoft programs/solutions that drive impact for the customer. Provide feedback on customer development needs, customer blockers or mitigation strategies.

  • Conduct analyses into what customers are using versus needs. Drive greater consumption (cloud and support) with customer based on analysis on both usage needs. Leverage insights to provide guidance and recommendations to customers drive, retain and optimize customer consumption.

  • Apply technical knowledge and customer insights to create a modernization roadmap. Architect solutions to meet business and IT needs, ensuring technical visibility of new projects and successful deployments, while orchestrating key resources and infusing key infrastructure technologies

  • Run Architectural Design Session(s) to build plans for implementing solutions which align to customer business goals and technical environment.

  • Collaborate and orchestrate with other Cloud Solution Architect and stakeholders , including FastTracks, Solution Assessment, etc. in developing cloud solutions on Azure.

Job Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in technical architect, technical consulting, design and implementations, and/or technical sales

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in technical architect, technical consulting, design and implementation and /or technical sales

  • Relevant certifications from Microsoft or competitive platforms AND 3+ years experience in technical architect, technical consulting, design and implementation and//or technical sales

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information technology, Engineering or related field AND 4+ years experience in technical architect, consulting, design and implementation and/or sales OR 4+ years experience with cloud-based solutions design, migrations and management
