Job Description

First 4 Marketing Agency is looking for a reliable and proactive Customer Success Specialist to join our team.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys communicating with clients, following up with leads, keeping things organised, and helping clients get the support they need after joining our programs or services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to client questions clearly and professionally
  2. Follow up with clients after onboarding to make sure they complete the required steps
  3. Help clients understand campaign updates, lead flow, and next actions
  4. Set appointments with prospects or clients through WhatsApp, calls, or CRM follow ups
  5. Update client and lead statuses inside the CRM
  6. Escalate important client issues to the relevant team member
  7. Follow internal SOPs when handling client questions and objections
  8. Support client retention by making sure clients feel guided and supported

Requirements:

  1. Good written and spoken English
  2. Strong follow up discipline
  3. Organised and detail oriented
  4. Comfortable communicating with clients through WhatsApp, calls, and CRM tools
  5. Able to work during Singapore business hours
  6. Experience in customer success, appointment setting, sales support, lead generation, or digital marketing is preferred

Experience with GoHighLevel, Meta ads, CRM systems, or marketing agency operations will be an added advantage.
