Customer Success Specialist (2 HQs)

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through extensive research from various sources.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and expand the client portfolio.
- Accurately identify and assess potential clients to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Filter prospects using predefined criteria to maximize business potential.
- Work closely with the Client Success Coordinator to guide clients through the onboarding process.
- Ensure clients understand and utilize our solutions effectively to achieve their business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Leverage insights to recommend product enhancements and refine business strategies.
- Track key performance metrics related to client success, providing regular reports to management.
- Use data to identify improvement areas and optimize client outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or client success roles.
- Strong communication, research, and analytical skills, with the ability to assess market trends and data effectively.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese is an advantage.
