Customer Success Specialist - 3 HQs (Urgent)

Location: KL Sentral area

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting thorough research from various sources, collaborating with the sales team to meet sales targets and grow the client portfolio.
  • Accurately identify and assess client profiles, filtering prospects based on relevant criteria to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Working closely with the Client Success Coordinator to guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and effectively utilize our products and services to meet their business objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client needs, using these insights to drive product improvements and suggest new business strategies.
  • Track and monitor key performance metrics related to client success, providing regular reports to management and using data to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or client success roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to analyze data and market trends are essential for this role.
  • Driven, self-motivated, and proactive are crucial, as well as the ability to work independently.
  • Attention to detail and diligence in completing tasks.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese is an advantage.
