Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Educate customers on self-service options and automated banking channels.
  • Conduct call-backs for transaction confirmations and request supporting documents when necessary.
  • Clarify customer needs, evaluate issues, and provide effective solutions.
  • Perform specified KYC (Know Your Customer) tasks when required.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by handling inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • SPM qualification or higher.
  • Able to work on a 24/7 rotational shift basis.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Experience in banking or financial institution customer service is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Open to local Malaysians only.
