A successful Customer Success Specialist (Korean & Mandarin Speaker) should have:
- Proficiency in both Korean (min TOPIK Level 3 and above) and Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills (oral & written).
- Diploma or degree in relevant to business, technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years experience in customer service or related positions.
- Problem-solving skills to address customer and process-related challenges effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
