Customer Success Specialist (Mandarin Speaker – Social Media Project)

About The Role
We are looking for a **Customer Success Specialist (CSS)** to support users of a leading social media and online shopping platform. You will assist customers with inquiries, orders, payments, and account-related concerns through phone and email while delivering a high standard of customer service.
Salary & Schedule
- Salary:** Up to MYR 4,500 per month (including language allowance)
- Schedule:** Rotational 24/7 shifts (5 working days, 2 days off)
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Assist customers with online orders and shopping-related issues.
- Process payments and handle sensitive customer information securely.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Escalate urgent or complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
- Meet performance and quality targets set by the company.
- Stay updated through ongoing training and development.
Requirements
- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Fluent in **Mandarin (C1)** and English (minimum B2 level).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
