Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist customers with reservations, inquiries, and support requests through calls, chat, and email.
  • Provide clear and accurate information on products, services, and booking procedures.
  • Handle customer issues with professionalism and ensure timely resolution.
  • Promote positive customer experiences by building trust and rapport.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases when necessary.
  • Ensure all interactions are documented accurately in the system.
  • Continuously update knowledge of reservation policies, procedures, and system features.
  • Strive to meet key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores and service response times.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum qualification SPM or above.
  • Able to work in a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer rapport.
  • Experience in reservation or customer service will be an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and improve continuously.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
