Overview
We are looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist (Thai Speaker). In this role, you will handle customer enquiries via inbound calls and email while delivering an excellent customer experience for a global brand.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer enquiries professionally via phone and email
• Assist customers with online orders and payment-related queries
• Provide timely resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Escalate priority issues when necessary
• Ensure customer data and confidential information are handled securely
• Work closely with other team members to continuously improve the customer support experience
• Achieve KPIs and maintain service quality standards
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any discipline
• Fluent in Thai and English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)
• Minimum 6 months of customer support experience in any industry
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, particularly those from communication-related disciplines, with strong interpersonal skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; prior call center experience will be an added advantage
• Strong problem-solving, active listening, and communication skills
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
Technical Skills
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
