This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Agent - Mandarin Speaker, located in Petaling Jaya. The primary responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and addressing any issues through troubleshooting. The Customer Support Agent will act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in Communication, particularly with Mandarin-speaking clients, both verbal and written
• Troubleshooting capabilities to effectively resolve customer issues
• Teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
• Fluency in Mandarin (mandatory) and English (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in related fields is a plus
