About the Role

Skinlycious just expanded into Malaysia, and we are looking for a team member based in Malaysia to support this growth. This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, highly organised, and confident on camera—someone who can represent the brand, help build a strong local presence across platforms, and support daily operations as the business scales.

You will play a key role in leading customer experience across both Malaysia and Singapore, supported by AI tools and systems, while also contributing to digital engagement and local market execution. Working closely with HQ, you will support the expansion and ongoing operations of Skinlycious in the Malaysian market.

As an early hire in a growing brand, this role requires a high level of adaptability and ownership. Responsibilities may evolve over time, and the scope of the role may expand or be refined as business needs change. The successful candidate is expected to be flexible and open to taking on additional responsibilities or transitioning certain duties as the team and market grow.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

·     Manage customer service enquiries across Malaysia and Singapore platforms and website in a timely and professional manner. The load isn't that heavy as AI is here to help and FAQ has been set up.

Support day-to-day operational needs related to Malaysia expansion

Platform & Market Management

• Manage and maintain Skinlycious Malaysia e-commerce and Malaysia Tiktok.
• Monitor listings, promotions, and campaign execution to ensure brand consistency (we seldom run promos as we give fair price daily)
• Provide market insights and feedback to HQ to support growth strategies

Livestream & Content

• Host or co-host livestreams confidently and professionally
• Be comfortable appearing on camera to represent the brand
• Assist with basic video editing for livestream clips or short-form content (If you have no experience on this and is willing to learn, we will teach you)

Content Creation

• Assist with creating videos and images with AI Tools. If you do not have experience with AI Tools, we can teach but a keen learning attitude is important. You are expected to get up to speed fast.

Operations (Rarely happens)

• Assist with 3PL operational matters as and when required.

Brand Representation & Partnerships (in future)

• Liaise with local partners including influencers, livestream hosts, and collaborators
• Represent Skinlycious professionally in brand communications and campaigns

Requirements

• Based in Malaysia and able to work remotely. We follow Malaysia payouts like EPF, etc.
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
• Comfortable on camera and confident engaging with live audiences
• Highly organised, proactive, flexible and able to work independently
• Familiar with e-commerce and social commerce platforms in Malaysia
• Great people skills, positive thinking, strong sense of empathy.
• Video editing Skills (basic to intermediate)
• Assisting in uploading of Ads in Facebook Ads Manager
• Willingness to learn and happy to use AI tools
• As it's a remote position, you must have the hardware like a working laptop of your own to work.

Nice to Have

• Experience with livestream selling or influencer collaborations
• Beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industry experience

Compensation

Base Salary

RM 3,000 – RM 6,000 per month

(Final salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and scope of responsibility.)

Performance Incentives

Performance-based incentives may be awarded based on agreed KPIs, which may include:

·      Livestream sales performance

·      Campaign execution and platform performance

·      Overall contribution to Malaysia market growth

Incentives may be paid monthly or per campaign, subject to performance outcomes.
