Job description:

1. Provide customer support, liaise with merchants, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth communication with customers.
2. Passionate about improving Customer Allegiance Score (CAS).
3. Curious and accept continuous process improvement.
4. Able to work independently, as well as collaborate with peers to work towards a common goal.
5. Flexible for rotational shifts(Timings (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM and 3:00 PM -12:00 AM))
6. Experience in Banking.
