Job Responsibilities:
• First point of contact for customer enquiries, complaint, request and feedback via phone, email, WhatsApp, walk in customers and any communication platforms
• Managing large amounts of enquiries in timely manner
• Assisting customers with their enquiries and addressing issues regarding products and services
• Responsible for identifying and escalating customer issues to the appropriate department
• Handle end-to-end enquiries to resolve customer inquiries or concerns
• To practice high productivity attendance on daily customer relationship center tasks
• To provide high standard of customer service expectations
• Update required tracking accurately
• Handling other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
• Must have experience - Any experience in Zendesk/Salesforce/Intercom/Freshdesk/ServiceNow/Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Possess good communication skills (verbal and written English), additional Chinese/Mandarin/Cantonese/ Tamil verbal ability is an added advantage
• Knowledge in Microsoft (Words & Excel)
• Working 5 days per week (Monday – Friday) excluding public holiday
