The ideal candidate will have 1 to 10 years of experience in customer support and a passion for helping clients resolve their issues effectively. You will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our Hindi-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Hindi-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Identify and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in Hindi and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in customer support or related fields, with 1-10 years of experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
