We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support representative with JLPT N1 proficiency to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our Japanese-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries and issues are handled promptly and effectively. This role is perfect for individuals looking to leverage their language skills in a dynamic customer service environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to clients in Japanese and English.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the support system.
  • Assist in the development of customer support documentation and training materials.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1 certification required) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.

  • Proficient in using customer support software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
