Role: Customer Support(Mandarin Speaker)

Location: KL& Petaling Jaya

Duration: Full time

Job Description:

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Mandarin (written and reading) and able to communicate in basic English.
  • Strong typing, written communication, and comprehension skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Must be able to work on-site at Kelana Center Point, Petaling Jaya (Selangor).
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally via email and chat.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Ensure all interactions are properly documented in the system.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude throughout all communications.
  • Adhere to shift schedules and meet performance targets.
