Job Description

Customer Support ( BPO )Work Mode & Location
  • Thai / English (Tier 1 & Tier 2): Fully Work From Home (WFH)
  • Japanese / English / Chinese (Tier 2):Work From Office Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours
  • Thai / English: Shift-based (Working hours TBC)
  • JPN / ENG / CN: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM, 5 days per week
Allowances
  • Graveyard Shift Allowance:RM 500 (applicable when shift extends beyond 12:00 AM)
Experience Requirements
  • Tier 1 (Thai / English): Minimum 1 year in Player Support / BPO
  • Tier 2 (Thai / English): Minimum 3 years in Player Support / BPO
  • Tier 2 (JPN / ENG / CN):23 years in Player Support / BPO
Key Skills & Tools
  • Player Support / Customer Service (BPO environment)
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with HelpShift CRM and Feishu messaging platform (advantage)
  • Willingness to work on shifts (for Thai / English roles)
Education
  • Entry Level: Professional Certificate
  • Higher Level: Degree / Professional Qualification
