Rawang, Selangor, Malaysia (Onsite)

About the Role

The Customer Support Service role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and support.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat (Whatsapp, WeChat).
  • Provide product information and support to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Fresh grad are encourage to apply.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Effectively bilingual. Fluent in English and Mandarin to support both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and tools is an advantage.
