We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support (Sales) representative who is a Mandarin speaker to join our team in Southeast Asia. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Mandarin-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our products and services, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients in Mandarin and English.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and order management.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in using customer support software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
