Job Details

  • Manage and support Mandarin-speaking customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs
  • Assist customers with onboarding, product usage, and general inquiries
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Support, Operations) to improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor customer feedback and help improve services and processes
  • Ensure customer retention and long-term success

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or customer support tools
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; prior customer service experience is an advantage

Salary 4000RM - 4500RM

5 Days work, 2 Days OFF (Flexible in Rotational Shift)

Location: Bayan Baru / Georgetown (Penang, Malaysia)
