Job Details
- Manage and support Mandarin-speaking customers to ensure a positive experience
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs
- Assist customers with onboarding, product usage, and general inquiries
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Support, Operations) to improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor customer feedback and help improve services and processes
- Ensure customer retention and long-term success
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or customer support tools
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior customer service experience is an advantage
Salary 4000RM - 4500RM
5 Days work, 2 Days OFF (Flexible in Rotational Shift)
