Customer Support Specialist (Native china)

Job Description:

• Title: Customer Advisor (Mandarin Speaker)
• Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia
• Project: Travel
• Shift: Rotational Shift MYT (8 hours working + 01 hour of lunch break)
• Any 05 days working & 02 days are Off

About Job:

• Handle Voice Operation and also chats and email.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reaching out to partners with overdue payments via phone or email.
• Negotiation of payment whether full or partial.
• Addressing concerns related to outstanding invoice disputes.
• Validating proof of payment sent by partners.
• Registering proof of payment in the Collection Platform.
• Investigating payments not reflected in partner accounts.
• Allocating payment to the correct account or invoices and reviewing Open

Bookable eligibility:

• Assisting partners with account settings.
• Investigating previous transactions related to credit note overuse.
• Initiating and processing Change Payment Method for properties.
• Responding to partner disputes or questions regarding commission invoices.
• Assisting partners with account status questions (Active, Suspended).
• Informing partners about payment status.
• Helping partners update contract/invoicing details.
• Forwarding partner emails to relevant departments when additional support is needed.
• Providing timely and accurate partner support.
• Documenting and tracking partner issues accurately.
• Processing Credit Notes/Debit Notes.
• Minimum 6 months BPO experience preferably (Sales / Collection / Travel background –pre requisite at least 1 yrs exp in Customer Service
