Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for headcount and staff R&R allocation.
• Responsible for direction and guidance given on staff work progress and planning; always get Involve when there is need.
• Department cost management.
• Responsible for decision making and monitor for the execution progress.
• Involving in management meeting and distribute the related information to all the subordinates.
• Render support to company's committee team when help, suggestion and opinion required (example: EHS committee / canteen committee / Domestic Inquiry committee, etc).
• Monitor department staff's work progress regarding to company new product technical promotion / product manufacturing process at customer site / product abnormal quality issue judgement.
• Eliminate unnecessary paperwork and work process. • Staff and 2nd level training development. • Technical support to other EMC factory shipment.
• Abnormal quality issue judgement support to other EMC factory shipment.
• Department KPI planning and staff execution monitoring and guidance.
• Execution on management instructed task or any support items.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering Course
• CCL or PCB engineering / manufacturing experience (6 years above)
• Lean six sigma, problem solving
• Fluent in Chinese and English
• Willingness and ability to travel
