We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates to join an exciting Banking / Insurance customer support project. If you enjoy helping customers and building your career in financial services — this opportunity is for you!

Requirements:

• Mandarin Speaker (Chinese race only) – Mandatory

• Minimum 6 months experience in Sales / Insurance

• Experience in Customer Service / Customer Support preferred

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Willing to work in a fast-paced customer environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, email, or chat

• Provide support related to banking / insurance products

• Ensure excellent customer experience and issue resolution

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow compliance procedures
