Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit customs declarations (K1, K2, K3, K4, and K9 forms) for imports and exports.
- Ensure compliance with all customs laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs tariffs and classifications.
- Liaise with customs officials, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
- Handle documentation for clearance, duties, and taxes.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely clearance.
- Resolve any issues related to customs clearance and documentation.
Requirements
- A diploma or degree in Logistics or Transport Management
- At least 1-year experience in customs declaration or logistics (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and import/export procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
