Due to rapid expansion, they are looking for a Customs Facilities Manager to be part of the team that is responsible for running all related functions across the APAC region and globally.
Your new role
- Identify and implement suitable customs facilities and exemptions to optimise costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage customs duty and sales tax exemptions, drawback claims, and import/export refunds in compliance with applicable laws.
- Ensure full compliance by meeting exemption conditions and maintaining accurate supporting documentation.
- Monitor and interpret customs legislation, proactively addressing regulatory changes to minimise disruption and maximise benefits.
- Coordinate with internal country teams, consultants, and external service providers, acting as the key point of contact for customs-related matters
