Customer Experience Program (CXP) and E-Warranty Program
- To be the Subject Matter Experts (SME) related to both digital solutions
- To be the key person handling queries from WD customers and POS
- Provide technical training to WD customers and POS
- Gathers feedback from WD customers and POS to Global CXP team for improvement
- Support the development & continuous enhancement of both programs
- First line support to WD, POS and end consumers feedback (social media, Email, etc.)
- First line support to respond to inquiries in mailboxes
- Support issuance of Credit Note for approved claims
Support Technical Manager in the following:
- To be the key person in data filing, compilation and reporting of SEA Warranty & Claims activities
- To be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for car fitment
Support Trade Marketing Manager in the following:
- Execution of Retail POS Partnership Commercial Policy and its commercial program
- Monitoring Marketing activities and spending of WD customers in compliance of Commercial Policy
- Support Trade Marketing Manager on initiatives and activities for WDs
- Support on Clarios Branded Store Policy and its program to ensure compliance and adherence
- Market Intelligence update (Competitors pricing, promotions etc.)
