Cyber Security Director (OT)

The Opportunity:

• Permanent role
• Work location: Central
• Work hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy aligned with business goals
• Define long-term security roadmap across OT, IT and DC environments
• Advise senior leadership on cyber risks and investment priorities
• Establish and manage cybersecurity governance, policies and standards
• Ensure compliance with IEC 62443, ISO 27001 and regulatory requirements
• Oversee risk assessments, third-party risks and audit programs
• Lead SOC operations, threat monitoring and incident response
• Drive IT/OT security integration and protect critical infrastructure systems
• Define secure architecture and oversee vulnerability management programs
• Lead cybersecurity teams, build capabilities and engage stakeholders/customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 14 years of cybersecurity experience with a strong leadership
• Expertise across critical infrastructure, DC, cloud and IT/OT environments
• Hands-on oversight of SOC operations, incident response, threat intelligence and vulnerability management
• Strong grasp of security frameworks (IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST), with proven stakeholder management and relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) advantageous
