This leadership role is responsible for driving the enterprise-wide cybersecurity monitoring, program governance, and strategic initiatives to strengthen the bank's security posture. This role ensures visibility, accountability, and innovation across all IT Security programs, while driving cross-functional alignment and execution excellence.

Job Description

• Oversee real-time security monitoring, threat intelligence, and incident reporting frameworks

• Ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical security events

• Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of IT Security programs across domains (e.g., identity, data protection, cloud security, third-party risk)

• Establish governance frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to ensure delivery and accountability

• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of program management practices

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects such as regulatory remediation, security automation, or zero-trust implementation

• Act as a transformation catalyst for emerging areas like AI in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and secure cloud migration

• Represent IT Security in enterprise-wide forums and working groups

• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement

• Identify skill gaps and lead targeted upskilling in areas such as agile delivery, cyber risk, and stakeholder engagement

• Prepare executive-level updates, board reporting, and audit responses

Job Requirement

• 10+ years in cybersecurity, technology risk, or IT program management

• Proven track record in leading enterprise security programs and cross-functional initiatives

• Strong understanding of security operations, threat management, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, MAS, BNM)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Familiarity with cloud security, automation, and emerging technologies

• PMP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications
