- 5 - 8 years, in identity governance, access management, or cybersecurity roles
- 5 years hands-on experience with IGA tools like Saviynt and operations in enterprise environments
- Proficient in SCIM, SAML, OAuth, LDAP, REST APIs for system integration
- Experience integrating IGA with CyberArk, Deline or BeyondTrust
- Skilled in onboarding large enterprise apps (e.g., SAP, finance systems, HRMS, cloud services)
- Strong experience with RBAC, role mining, and policy based access design
- Advanced understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD), access review cycles, and audit readiness
- Ability to design and maintain access workflows, recertifications, and JML automation
- Experience in generating compliance dashboards, risk based reporting, and KPI analysis
- Knowledge of Saviynt configuration, patching, backup, and environment monitoring
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (IT, audit, business owners, risk teams)
- Proficient in producing user/admin guides, onboarding manuals, and compliance documentation
- Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis (RCA), policy conflicts, and exception handling
- Ability to track and report on SLA compliance, system uptime, and access provisioning efficiency
- Able to deliver workshops and KT sessions to IT support teams and system/business approvers
Additional Experience :
- Experience working with identity analytics dashboards, especially in platforms like Saviynt.
- Led or participated in role engineering or role mining workshops with business stakeholders.
- Supported business teams in defining access models, entitlement hierarchies, and delegation/escalation workflows.
At least 2 certifications on the below:
- SC-300: Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Certified Saviynt Professional
- CompTIA Security+ / CySA+ or equivalent
- GIAC certifications (e.g, GCCC, GCIH)
- ITIL Foundation (for BAU/operations alignment)
