About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Cybersecurity Lead Engineer/Level 3 Engineer to join our Managed Services team. This role is responsible for providing deep technical expertise, leading critical incident management and supporting large enterprise or MNC client in maintaining and improving their cybersecurity posture.
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with leading security products, strong analytical thinking and the ability to guide both customer and internal team toward operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as L3 escalation point for complex cybersecurity and infrastructure incidents.
- Lead major incident calls and coordinate with vendors (e.g. Trellix, Imperva, Trend Micro).
- Perform policy fine-tuning, troubleshooting and root cause analysis across supported technologies.
- Serve as the technical focal point for customers, ensuring satisfaction and service quality.
- Mentor L1/L2 engineers and drive process and service improvements.
- Participate in change management, automation and security enhancement initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, documentation and knowledge base within the managed services team.
- Assist customers with high-priority or business-critical incidents ensuring minimal downtime.
- Maintain proactive communication and manage customer expectations to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements
- 6–10 years experience in cybersecurity/managed services with exposure to MNC clients.
- Strong knowledge in network security, endpoint and cloud security.
- Excellent communication, analytical and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, well-organized and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
- Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, CISM, CEH are an advantage.
