Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead and oversee the development and implementation of cybersecurity application and infrastructure systems. This role involves managing project schedules, resources, risk assessments, and quality assurance to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of over 20 professionals across medium to large-scale, complex projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to align project objectives, propose delivery schedules, and secure necessary resources.
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans based on a comprehensive understanding of project scope and deliverables.
- Operational Transition: Work closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth transition into operations for ongoing business-as-usual management.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with key stakeholders across teams to improve alignment and develop joint priorities with technology and business units.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors to manage scope, schedule, and cost for project deliverables.
- Performance Measurement: Ensure clear planning of project scope, timely deliverables, effective management of customer expectations, and successful completion of project milestones.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline, preferably in Electrical or Information Communication Technology.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other equivalent certifications required. CISSP, CISM certifications are advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years in Cybersecurity, System Integration, and Infrastructure Projects. Proven experience in delivering cybersecurity projects in system engineering and security assessment within manufacturing environments.
