Job Description

Blue Fortress is a Malaysian cybersecurity company with over 17 years of experience, building and delivering security solutions across encryption & data protection, hardware security modules (HSM), PKI & certificate lifecycle management, privileged access management, mobile security, and application security testing. We help financial institutions, government agencies, and enterprises protect their most critical digital assets.

We're looking for a sales professional who's energized by solution-based selling in a technical domain — someone confident navigating enterprise buying committees (CISOs, IT security leads, compliance teams) and hungry to own revenue growth as we expand.

This is a high-impact, revenue-owning role for someone who thrives on building pipeline, closing complex deals, and winning new business in a space where trust and technical credibility matter as much as relationship-building.

Your Role

  • Own the full sales cycle — plan and execute solutions for customers and partners while aggressively identifying and closing new opportunities across financial institutions, government, enterprise, and GLCs
  • Take full ownership of your number — develop business plans, define target markets, build strategic account plans, and drive accurate forecasts
  • Win through insight — build enough fluency in HSM, PKI, PAM, and related domains to uncover real customer needs and lead with value, not just features (our Presales team will go deep technical with you)
  • Build and expand accounts — turn first deals into lasting partnerships and repeat revenue
  • Be visible in the market — represent Blue Fortress at industry events, build your network, and work closely with Presales and Marketing to accelerate closes

You'll thrive here if you:

  • Have a track record of closing enterprise or B2B deals (security experience is a plus, not a requirement)
  • Are genuinely curious about how encryption, identity, and access security work — you don't need to be a technical expert, but you should want to become domain-credible fast
  • Are comfortable being evaluated on outcomes, not just activity.
