Qualifications
3- 5 years of sales experience in OT cybersecurity solutions
Proven success in:
- Generating qualified leads
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Engaging with Consultants, Partners and End Users across APAC
- Exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Supporting technical implementation of cybersecurity solutions as needed
- Demonstrated knowledge of current cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and best practices
- Strong networking, prospecting, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in English; additional Asian languages a plus
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field
Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary sales lead for cybersecurity solutions across the APAC region
- Owns relationships with strategic accounts and partners in APAC markets
- Champions the company's cybersecurity offerings and value proposition to drive new business
- Keeps abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, threat intelligence, and regulatory changes
- Proactively identifies, qualifies, and pursues new business opportunities for cybersecurity and digital risk management solutions
- Builds and maintains a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, outbound outreach, events, and digital channels
- Initiates and drives sales conversations with consultants, partners and end users
- Develops and executes strategies to expand market presence and win new accounts
- Presents cybersecurity solutions based on business needs, focusing on value, ROI, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance
- Owns the sales process from initial contact through qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Collaborates with technical teams to tailor proposals and presentations to customer needs
- Supports technical implementation by coordinating with delivery teams, validating requirements, and ensuring smooth handover when necessary
Cybersecurity Exposure
Demonstrates understanding of:
- Security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls)
- Risk assessment, incident response, and vulnerability management
- Security technologies such as SIEM, endpoint protection, identity & access management, cloud security, and network defence
- OT Systems requirements to meet Cybersecurity demands
Communication Skills
- Conducts sales discovery sessions with clients across APAC to uncover business needs, risks, and regulatory requirements
- Builds and maintains long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Delivers solution presentations and solution walkthroughs with a sales and cybersecurity focus
- Translates business requirements into tailored cybersecurity solutions, including technical implementation considerations as needed
- Ability to handle and manage matrix environments
- Comfortable in liaising with senior client and partner executives
Leadership Responsibilities
- Mentors junior sales and pre-sales staff, supporting their development
- Collaborates with solution and delivery teams to refine offerings and sales strategies
- Develops go-to-market strategies for focus regions
- Supports marketing efforts through webinars, whitepapers, and regional events
