This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design & Engineering (D&E) Manager based at our Kapar location. The D&E Manager will oversee the end-to-end design and engineering processes, from conceptualization to production. Responsibilities include leading a team of designers and engineers, ensuring designs adhere to client requirements and manufacturing feasibility, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring project deliverables are met. The role also involves optimizing processes, applying value engineering, and maintaining quality for all project deliverables.

• Expertise in Design Development and Value Engineering
• Skills in Project Management, Team Leadership, and Stakeholder Coordination
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, 3D design software, and engineering drawings
• Strong background in Cost Analysis, Process Optimization, and Quality Control
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
• Experience in retail or store fixture design is a strong advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Kapar and collaborate across departments
