What You'll Do
- Develop, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules, including Customer Insights Journeys, Sales, and Fundraising & Engagement.
- Design and implement custom plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate flows, and model-driven apps to enhance system functionality.
- Develop and manage Azure integrations, including Function Apps, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
- Support the application lifecycle management process, including source control, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment using Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide Level 2 and 3 application support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver system enhancements within agreed timelines.
- Ensure best practices are followed in solution design, data management, and system governance.
Key Criteria
- 3+ years experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform development.
- Proficient in C# (.NET), JavaScript, and Power Automate for custom solutions and workflows.
- Strong experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Function Apps, API Management, and Service Bus for system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for source control and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with Dataverse, Canvas Apps, and Model-driven Apps development.
Work setup
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
- Ho Chi Minh City (Ree Tower, Xom Chieu Ward): Vietnam business hours (8 am 5 pm) with a hybrid setup (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
