As a D365 CRM Solution Developer, you'll be considered a learned professional that applies your subject matter expertise to design and implement D365 CRM On-premise solutions for our clients across all phases of Avanade's projects. You will be responsible for working with clients and leading Avanade delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining D365 CRM On premise solutions. Further, you are likely a great leader with vast CRM experience. You understand the nuts and bolts of CRM systems and, more importantly, you know how to connect with clients and lead a team to reach its goals. Together we do what matters.

What you'll do

  • Lead the technical delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM On-premise solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality execution, within Service Module
  • Manage and mentor technical teams, driving accountability, coding standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Oversee D365 CRM customization, including entities, attributes, business rules, workflows, and plugins.
  • Provide technical direction for API development and system integrations using C# Web APIs and RESTful services.
  • Manage version control and code collaboration using Bitbucket or similar tools.
  • Ensure effective deployment and configuration management through CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins.
  • Coordinate and perform D365 CRM data migrations, preferably using SSIS or KingswaySoft.
  • Implement and enforce unit testing practices using mock frameworks.
  • Use tools like XRM Toolbox to enhance productivity and solution quality.
  • Support the creation, packaging, and deployment of CRM solutions and environments.

Skills and experiences

  • Experience in application development, with experiences working Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • You are coder, with experience in C#, .net developing Web Services, Console applications etc or in implementing the SSIS packages
  • Strong proficiency in C# for writing plugins, custom workflows, and server-side logic.
  • Skilled or Experience in Dynamics 365 Service Module
  • Strong understanding of the Dynamics Service module , OOTB features of service management.
  • Experience in designing and implementing the Service /Sales CRM module
  • Would be great if you have industry experience within Banking/Financial Services Industry
  • Experience in team management, technical coaching, and delivery ownership.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM integration data migration tools such as KingswaySoft or SSIS.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Would be great if you have;
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
  • Experience with ReactJS or Power Platform components.
  • Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
