We are seeking an experienced
D365 Finance Lead with strong functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge in Finance modules, solid understanding of Supply Chain processes, and proven experience delivering end-to-end D365 implementations.
Roles & Responsibilities1. Functional Leadership & Solutioning
- Lead the functional design, configuration, and delivery of D365 Finance modules.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, and define solution approaches.
- Provide guidance on Finance processes, integrations, and module dependencies.
2. D365 Implementation & Support
- Participate in multiple end-to-end Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects.
- Support production environments, manage enhancements, and handle change requests.
- Collaborate with technical teams for development, testing, and deployment activities.
3. Cross-Module Expertise
- Work closely with teams across SCM modules such as:
- Inventory Management
- Procurement & Sourcing
- Sales & Marketing
- Production Control
- Warehouse Management
- Master Planning
4. Documentation & Delivery Governance
- Prepare functional design documents (FDD), interface design documents (IDD), test cases, and training materials.
- Ensure solutions meet functional requirements and industry standards.
- Maintain knowledge repositories and provide user training sessions.
5. Presales & Client Interaction
- Support presales activities including demos, POCs, and responding to RFPs/RFIs.
- Present solutions to business stakeholders and participate in finance process discussions.
6. Ecosystem Awareness
- Basic understanding of related Microsoft technologies:
- Power Apps
- Logic Apps
- Dataverse
- Reporting & integrations in the D365 ecosystem
Required Skills
- 1012+ years of Dynamics AX / D365 F&O experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in D365 Finance modules
- Experience in implementation and support projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
